    a) Sizing Issues: It is essential that you accurately measure your head size using our sizing guide before placing an order. Please double-check your measurements and remember to consider whether the hat will be worn over a wig and/or scarf or bandana. We cannot be held responsible if you measured incorrectly.

    b) Change of Mind: We understand that personal preferences may change, but due to the nature of our products (which are intended to be worn at renaissance or pirate festivals), we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design, color, or style. There are many buy/sell/trade Facebook groups in which you may list any unwanted items for sale.
